Is the subscription really unlimited? What are the limits?
As a subscription client ($399/month) you can use our services as much as you want as long as you only have 2 jobs submitted at any one time. (If we think that you’re being unreasonable, we’ll just cancel your subscription and part friends.)
Do I own the work? Can I resell it?
Yes. You own all of the intellectual property for the work we do for you, and you can use it in any way you wish. (There may be other considerations like photography that are outside of our ownership or control.)
What qualifies as a “design task”?
We generally consider a task to be something we can complete in an hour or less. We’re always open to bigger tasks and projects but please contact us first.
Examples? Web graphics, flyers, business cards, Facebook headers, blog images, postcards, email signatures, product mockups, brochures, image editing, reports, posters, Power Point templates, simple ads.
What details do I need to provide?
The more information you give us the better (and the happier you’ll be). Take a few minutes up front make sure that you include all of the requirements:
- A detailed description of your preferences
- Size and format required
- Color preferences
- Examples of similar designs you like
- Where it will be used; Print? Web?
What if I’m not 100% happy with the work I received?
No worries. We guarantee that we’ll work on your project until you’re completely satisfied and happy with it
What if things don’t work out and I’m not happy?
100% money back guarantee. If you’re not happy within 10 days of your first subscription payment we’ll happily refund your purchase. After that you can cancel your subscription at any time and we’ll still be friends.

No Warranty or Claim: Medical Spa MD does not warranty or make any claim that the product descriptions or information provided is accurate or that products or services purchased will meet buyers expectations.
Delivery Times: If you're purchasing a digital product you should get it immediately after you check out. (At least within a few minutes.) Other products or services may require that you're contacted by a vendor. Please try and be patient since not everyone works 24/7. You should be contacted within 48 hours.
Electronic Returns or Exchanges: All Medical Spa information products are delivered electronically as PDFs. Unfortunately, due to the nature of electronic delivery, any item delivered electronically may not be returned or exchanged.
Electronic Copyright or Distribution: Buyer agrees that all purchases are copyrighted by Medical Spa MD and may not be reproduced, edited, changed, printed, copied, shared, used or distributed in any way and are intended exclusively for the personal use of the single buyer and no more than 15 individual employees of that buyer at a single location. Buyer further agrees that any other use violates these terms. For any use other than the training of staff at a single clinic, Medical Spa MD must agree to that use in writing.
